By booking a session, you confirm you are 18 years of age or over. Scope of Practice Jo is not a registered psychiatrist, psychologist, or medical practitioner. Psychic-medium readings, hypnosis, and Reiki should not be considered a replacement for the advice or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, or doctor. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and will not be recorded or shared without your explicit permission. If you give permission for recording, Jo Wellbeing will retain a copy for our records in strict confidence. Any public use of recordings requires your written permission. Online Sessions If you're participating in an online session, please choose a quiet, safe environment where you won't be disturbed. Cancellation Policy Full upfront payment is required to book a session. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the loss of your full session fee. No refunds will be offered. Legal Agreement By proceeding with any service from Jo Wellbeing, you agree to these terms and release Jo from all liabilities, legal claims, and expenses that may result from services performed. You release Jo from any liability or claims concerning your mental and/or physical wellbeing during and after any services offered by Jo Wellbeing. Jo Wellbeing reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.
